Brasserie La Civette Garibaldi oozes with the authenticity of a small family-owned restaurant. The older couple at the next table enthusiastically told us it was the best family-owned restaurant in Nice. Hard to argue with them or the numerous locals who frequent the establishment. Only ordered beer and coffee so we could sit in away from the current cloud burst. Finished up ordering a croque toasted ham and Cheese . A bar with snacks rather than a restaurant, but served its purpose. View all feedback.

read morePizza available only as slices. Pizza taste below avarage, price above average. Not best place to eat. People were playing chess rather than eating.

In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there's a counter where you can sit down and eat. The seat / dining area invites you to linger and extensively indulge.
