today we booked our hotel hyatt regency 3 beds at 15 o'clock. unfortunately we had no pleasant experience. we came to the exact time, but there were no bets. 15 minutes later they gave us a 2 person bed while the...3rd nowhere remained. 10 minutes later I checked and they delivered the 3rd bed far from us.
