What User doesn't like about Olive Garden:
the service person was attentive, but not excessively attentive. the food was served in time. hot foods were hot and cold foods were cold. broth sticks were hard when a rock...must have been heated too often. when this was brought to the attention of the serviceman, I was promised fresh bread sticks, they were not much better. The point of online order or on the phone is to have the food ready until we arrive for the pick-up. I ordered my food and I was later for minutes.
We had an incredible meal tonight in the niles, ohio olive garden. I had received an email about their new never-ending filled pastas and it seemed.
I was able to find a seat within 2-3 minutes, despite the parking lot being full. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive. Our server provided helpful recommendations from the menu. The food was delicious, and our drinks were promptly refilled. We didn't encounter any issues or complaints. The only downside was the noise level, which made it slightly difficult to converse comfortably.
The service was excellent. Tiffany was exceptional. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp. I left feeling very full. I enjoyed the salad and breadsticks. I wish there was a restaurant like this in Leavenworth, but I'm grateful to have found it in Ohio.
