The place was pretty busy as it was a Sat nightIt was a last minute plan to come here so we didn't make a reservations.

Second time there and now a new favourite, friendly, attentive service and delicious small plates of tastiness._Worth the visit for the chorizo stuffed

There is a hype about this restaurant and sadly this supposed gem did not deliver.

Good location, you need to know about it as it is unlikely you would just find it by chance. Tasty food without being pretentious, good value evening meal.

"There are these places called tourists where you don't have to get caught and follow the reviews. On the frantic greedy recreation is one of those restaurants where you can go without any fear of finding yourself in a tourist trap. This establishment is held by a couple: colette and yann (one in kitchen and the other in the room). a more than warm welcome from yann that takes the time to explain the concept and the map, a refined cuisine while remaining simple because with excellent products from Colette. The place is also splendid, a carefully decorated decoration without being too busy (the risk sometimes in these old stone houses). A room of about 40 covered in two rooms so think to book, especially during the summer period of high affluence!"

"In the middle of nowhere, this restaurant is at the tardoire. You can eat nicely on the terrace on the river's shore. The service is fine, but it's a little stiff. The dishes look festive and the taste is navenant. A rapist if you're near montbron. It's not very cheap."

"A long, long time ago we came to you (with the albatross) great memories of, for example, the wild meadow, Rob on the tractor, your 3 children... the hospitality, and the delicious sandwiches and croissants in the morning, Mariet? what wonderful weeks we spent with you for a few years, there was no swimming pool yet, as far as the reviews are concerned, I think a lot has changed... we didn't miss that at all, there was the lake, right? Later, without children, we suddenly dropped in on you again during the high season, 1999? we were recognized after all these years, and we were so welcome again! Kind regards from us! maybe see you someday!! Kuipers family."

"The restaurant external dining seats are in the Logis hotel yard and garden. My wife and me were guests of the 2 stars Logis hotel. It is simple and basic hotel. But the restaurant is a different story. The food quality was very good and tasty. We could see the chef while prepared the food and my wife regarded him as a magician in kitchen. No need to be hotel guest and there were outside eaters as well. Recommended."
