The reception should, in my opinion, be better designed. Individual champagne reception, for such a hotel, seems appropriate to me. The breakfast room is way too big. Smaller units can be manufactured very quickly, without major conversion work. Plates and cutlery should be cleared away quickly after breakfast has been eaten.
