"I’m sure the place is great but it’s closed til August 24th for vacation. I will be nice and give 3 stars. Looks like a cute place! However we drove all the way from Schaumburg as they have great ratings and good menu unfortunately they had a sign taped up on the door saying they are on vacation until August 24th! I wish they would have posted this on their Yelp and google maps site (updated hours). Waste of time and gas!"

"I visited this restaurant a few times; my favorite dinners sit outside in summer with some summer drinks and great company. This past visit was a great time, but I took a star away for the overcooked ribeye. It looked like it's done perfectly, but what I've been drilling for was actually burned. Not that I'm a steak connoisseur, but I often do big steak houses like Sullivan and Ruth's Chris, so I know the difference between carved and burned. There was a burned taste on almost every bite. The brussel sprouts were also somehow abandoned. They were good, but I had much better so I expected from a noble place like The Turf Room. They tasted as if they were seasoned with salt and pepper. You could be so much better. They grilled vegetables on the other hand were delicious! It wasn't all terrible, it was a great night and we enjoyed some delicious drinks. We'll be back. I'll stay away from the rib and Brussels sprouts the next time."

"The food was fine. Pretty good, but nothing to write home about. I would eat it again for sure as a quick bite to eat or a late snack. Service was really good. As good as service can be through a drive through at least. Very nice and pretty quick. The dining room was closed though and that wasn't an option at all. "I?ve dined here in 2019. gotten take out in 2020, not have gone back for dine in in 2022. Over time this place has lost its touch w food quality as it?s become more popular. service, hosts, and waitresses were all very accommodating and so sweet. ourrecent visit was quite stressful as we book a pod for a party of 12. on the phone we were told ?we can easily sit 12 in a pod.? during our visit, to our surprise they asked us to sit at SEPARATE tables..?? That?s all fine and well, IFFF we were told thaton the phone bc we would have simply chosen a bigger restaurant that could accommodate us. but no, they must be so money hungryfor large parties that they lied to us on the phone only to completely ruin my sisters bday dinner we could have easily hadsomewhere else if we were given accurate information. They?ve recently had a menu switch where i notice the menu is way smallerthan it used to be, and their quality of food has gone down by a lot. It?s just decently good, extremely overpriced mexicanfood, when it used to be one of my favorite take out spots. 15 dollars for 2 crab tacos? they must me on something to thinkthat?s okay."

"This is probably stupid but I would really like them to carry everything bagels, and the cheese on my sandwiches wasn't able to be tasted it really had no flavor at all(could only taste the meat which admittedly I love) But well it's hard to explain I feel like this place is superior to Subway in every way but I can taste everything they put in it ...idk I remember this place being much better in the past but it has been awhile since I stopped by. Was a little let down but I'll still stop by to try it again"
