"We have often eaten at the north star and were always satisfied with our meals. how wonderful a completely vegan option in north bay! despite the small menu there is always a new suppe to taste, delicious gloomy and the Saturday brunch menu against the weekday menu gives variety. the personal is beautiful and welcoming the mood."

"Absolutely delicious. Had the tostadas roasted pork and Mexican style pulled pork… reminds me of when my friend from Honduras made these growing up. Under20$ with a drink A+.Friendly service to top it off."

"My son and I were two nights behind each other. I paid him. We had the sub of the month, Dip your beef. It is the best sub I ever had and I hope the owner decides to make it a permanent sub on the menu! They give you a container of beef au jus for diving. My only complaint that the container was not wide enough to get a good bath! I highly recommend this place."

"This restaurant is definitely a 5-star experience. The steak was fabulous and able to cook it at the table to your taste was amazing. The service was top notch, a very friendly and knowledgeable server that covered our experience."

"VERY GOOD for breakfast!! If you like fast food aka. truck stop style food you will love this place for lunch and supper too.... The waitresses are great, always smiling, fast, efficient, and down to earth! Great atmosphere and very quick service. If your looking for a quick and yummy meal this is the place! Both locations are great food wise, though the Hammond location can be very uncomfortable if it is busy, as there is not a lot of room in the middle of the dinning room! You must get one of those BIG butter tarts on your way out!! YUM YUM.... About 500+ calories per tart, probably not a great idea too often... lol. All in all a good place to eat! :"

"Oh, my God. This place is incredible. The ambience and decor were both so beautiful. The waitresses were not just friendly, but they're talking to you as if they knew you forever. I love that. I feel comfortable. The menu is so amazing! You have so many different things to try. Also, they serve all day breakfast! I was so excited about it. So if you like to try new things or like me, you're really picky, they have something for you. I chose the beef taco shell (they also have a chicken taco shell) and handmade pogo. The bowl was deep fried and had salad cheese and hamburgers in it with salsa on the side... I like my level, so I have it. The Pogo was massive, but so good. The dough was only a little thin for my pleasure, but nevertheless it was delicious. Perfectly roasted. My meal was soooo frikkin yummy. My bf has the chicken tacos with some nachos. I tried everyone and they were super good. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the salsa they had on them tasted sweet but really delicious. I go back a lot more often to try everything I can. I would certainly recommend you try this place. You have barriers if you are like me and still don't want people close to me. LOL. Just another reason for me to go back. I love this place. "

"Amazing meal! Many options including the dinner special that night! They have a dedicated fryer! The scallop portobello mushroom appetizer was delicious as were the deep fried cheese curds. They also had a few gluten free dessert options. Staff were very knowledgeable"
