Great service and the burgers and breakfast actually taste like fresh, homemade food. The meat tastes like meat!

teen burger never changes 55years ago it was great and to this day they still have that great flavor but i still miss the curb side service of the old days

"What a discovery for me and my son. It is a diner with load of atmosphere of the 50s live folk music and the food is all vegan. We had the nachos with 3 different vegan cheeses including sour cream and burger meat all vegan of course. My sauerkraut was great with high quality food and so well presented. My son had the quesadillas and he loved them. The cheese cake was great with vegan ice cream and Chantilly. We will be back... soon and often as I am working in North Bay monthly"

"First off I was blown away by the quality of the food at this food court restaurant! This is about the closest I have ever gotten to authentic Mexican food in Canada! I ordered a platter and was unable to eat all of it! They are very generous. I can hardly wait to get back to North Bay to try some more of their food! Thank you Mr Pancho employees! ps I would like to add a photo but the food looked so good I ate it before I thought of a picture!"

"We made a reservation for 4 people on Feb 11. It was my sister's b-day. She ordered the flat iron steak, then was told they didn't have it. So the server suggested the striploin $10.00 more). My sister said yes and asked the steak to...be cooked medium rare. When the order arrived, the steak was so tough, it didn't matter which way you tried cutting it, it was very sinewy. I saw a gentlemen walk by and asked if he was the manager. He said yes. My sister explained the poor quality of her steak and he was indifferent about it, didn't apologize for the inconvenience we know these things can happen), didn't offer to cook another steak; he just stood there waiting for us to decide what to do next. My sister asked for a goat cheese salad which was delivered in a timely manner. The server later told us the steak would be taken off the bill which is the right thing to do. But that's not enough to win your customer's loyalty after an inconvenience of that sort. You need to go above and beyond. A sincere apology, offer options to remedy the situation then wow your customers. It was my sister's b-day and you missed the boat!"
