Worst customer service ever. Every employee seem to hate their job and they can never complete my order. Always missing something. Management need to step it up at this facility because it's very disappointing. Seems to be a big lack of training. View all feedback.

Drive thru. Used to be much quicker, not sure what has changed to slow everything down.

"First off I was blown away by the quality of the food at this food court restaurant! This is about the closest I have ever gotten to authentic Mexican food in Canada! I ordered a platter and was unable to eat all of it! They are very generous. I can hardly wait to get back to North Bay to try some more of their food! Thank you Mr Pancho employees! ps I would like to add a photo but the food looked so good I ate it before I thought of a picture!"

"Absolutely love it!!! Tried coconut eggplant curry and orange almond chai and they all tasted great (the chai was so good I finished it before realized that I should take a picture). The food was way beyond my expectations and I’m very impressed!! All the staffs are very nice and I will definitely come back if I travel to North Bay."
