What Dee Dee doesn't like about La Hacienda Mexican:
The food was good, but the service was horrible! No one in the establishment speaks fluent English to handle ANY situation. I frequent many establishments worldwide and have had an an automatic 15% gratuity to individual bills (3 people separately). The policy was not on the menu or posted anywhere in the establishment! When asked to speak to the manager, the waitress shrugged her shoulders and said she was busy....... View all feedback.
