Tried to order delivery failed 5 times and charged 5 times. Ordered elsewhere and won’t be back just hope my card is refunded as soon as possible

Lovely meal the green chilli chicken was delicious also the chicken Ceylons beautiful cooked . Staff was very friendly. Lovely clean restaurant

"It started off well although I find it irritating these days that hosts do not indicate to you if table service or at the counter. Nice ambiance and once I had gone to the counter and ordered a ploughman's I thought great place. My latte was served. The ploughman's that arrived didn't quite look like the website photos. But had the cheeses. The pickles and chutney were a bit laim. Salad ok but the bread very doughy. Half way through my eating a dog was sick next to me. I Left.."

"There were just a handful of diners for our lunch time meal at the Clockspire which has a large open dining room. The cavernous space was cold and lacked atmosphere, exacerbated by so few fellow travellers. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The kitchen offers fine dining and yet most of our dishes were over seasoned with salt very prominent. Portions were tiny and relatively expensive, as were wines. Overall the restaurant fails to offer value for money, and we are unlikely to return in the near future. "We stayed at the inn for two nights in late July during our two weeks' stay in the UK. One reason for choosing this inn was its ideal location as a middle point from London to Cornwall, and proximity to Stonehenge. We traveled by car and arrived at the inn without any problem helped by the signs from the A350. The inn is situated in a quiet and rural setting, just what we needed after our stay in London. Our room was spacious and meticulously clean. Some of the facilities were old but very well maintained. We had dinner at both nights in the conservatory. They have a reasonably extensive menu, and it was easy to find dishes meeting our liking. I particularly enjoyed the ribeye steak with peppercorn sauce. It seemed that their were many guests for dinner as well as staying, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Compared with Oxford and other tourist destinations, we thought the prices for the food and accommodation quite reasonable. We will definitely revisit on our next visit to the UK."
