What ChrisPink likes about The Old Malthouse Tea Rooms:
It 's on the way up from Poole ferry port, what better place to start an English day than with their full English breakfast Sorry no black pudding but I forgive them, the rest was a well cooked traditional breakfast with local ingredients. The shop was thriving too while I was there. They opened the cafe a little early just for me. I look forward to going back for tea and cake. View all feedback. What pennys730 doesn't like about The Old Malthouse Tea Rooms:
I am at a loss to understand why this couple are running a shop, let alone a tea room. The shop is dark, gloomy and freezing cold. Very little stock. A wait to get anyone to man the Post Office counter, then an even longer wait to get man to find out the cost of a bottle of water. Shuffling around in track suit bottoms, bloke went upstairs then came back with a calculator. After about 5 mins a price was decided upon.... View all feedback.
