DON 'T EAT HERE. I had been once before and it was fine. This time, Father 's Day, I ordered the pride of the restaurant the pork chop. Chef says pink ok? Sure . UM, INEDIBLE. TOUGH AND RAW MOSTLY. Ate part, called over the waitress; she came back, The Chef says it 's ok to eat this pork at under 160 degrees. Really?! Not my job to teach them my business. I won 't be back.
