First experience here was excellentParking is plentiful unlike other spots in the U Of M areaThe atmosphere was absolutely amazing.

"We have been to The Owl Tea Rooms in the past for lunch but today we decided on a late breakfast the English breakfast was very, very good good quality ingredients (sausage, eggs, bacon, etc. plus the best black pudding. Breakfast menu is very comprehensive. Service was attentive and friendly. We highly recommend you try this place."

"Well this place is called No. 1 for a reason in my opinion. The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious and plentiful. We especially liked the fish chips and the crab sandwich. Lovely location overlooking the bay. A very busy place at peak times so there is likely to be a wait unless pre-booked. I would be happy to eat here again and would highly recommend it"

"We are frequent visitors to the Hub, and always find it welcoming, clean and tidy. The volunteers are very helpful, and there is always a good selection of cakes and scones. For lunch the sandwiches are freshly made, and the jacket potatoes are the best we have found locally. Selection of gluten free cakes and bread are available too."

"We had a nice lunch here before we went to thursford for Christmas. good pub food made fresh. the binham blue cheese Burger special was delicious. the personal was attentive. loved the traditional feeling of the pub, but also the modern art in winter garden and fabulous gin bottles come sap dispensers in the ladies. there was an open fire, but we were first customers in such a thing on the cold side, but it is an old building and it is so expected winter. would definitely visit again."
