sent cup of milk back once to get a dirty cup of milk again. Place smells like a bathroom. Amanda's kitchen down the road is 97 better. Don't waste ur time here. read more.

"El Charro is a charming spot on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence. Stopped here for RI Food Fights Taco Mania. The tacos were standard Street Tacos (meat, cilantro, onions, lime). They were pretty good. Pretty small portions though. The chips and salsa and the cheese and bean dip we got were delicious. Service was reasonable. Food was good. Will definitely return."
