"El Charro is a charming spot on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence. Stopped here for RI Food Fights Taco Mania. The tacos were standard Street Tacos (meat, cilantro, onions, lime). They were pretty good. Pretty small portions though. The chips and salsa and the cheese and bean dip we got were delicious. Service was reasonable. Food was good. Will definitely return."
