The reason I scored a 3 for overall is because there was not enough staffing . Our water was great be he was alone with the upstairs portions. I do not feel he had adequate supplies to ensure he was successful with his service. EX. Coffee- should be a station upstairs . There were 5 parties upstairs totaling 19 people.
