Love this little Starbucks. Servers are always extremely friendly and there’s a great system where you can order on the app. Drinks are always great although I probably wouldn’t get the apple caramel frappe again as it tasted very strong of spices like perfume. Staff are great. Food is mediocre at best. We ordered coffee and food for a meeting at work. The sandwiches were dry, ingredients inside were not spread out properly, and everything was cold even though our office is a 5 min walk away. The croissant and lemon loaf were dry. At times Starbucks can be hit and miss but the current Pistachio Latte is such a winner. I feel like the baristas can be a bit faster getting the orders out.
On-time mobile order receiving, order at least 7 mins ahead and they will have it prepared by then, it's best to order online rather waiting in line, it is a small space and quite crowded everytime, best to not stand around for others too
Friendly staff and a good amount of seating that makes it a good place to hang out and work for a while. Plenty of parking and pretty easy to get to.
This place is amazing, I love this Starbucks, staff is the best and Vlad is extremely helpful. Derek, Graham, Sophia, and Riley are also exceptional baristas. Occasionally, you may hear groaning from the staff room, very interesting, I like it.
I love this location, and I’m glad it’s still open, even though two other Lonsdale Starbucks stores closed in recent years. They get an A+ for fixing mistakes too! Today I was accidentally charged twice due to a trainee mistake, but they immediately refunded the second order and offered me both drinks anyway. That’s how you gain customer loyalty!
