Being hungry, I walked into Lonsdale Quay Market as soon as the doors opened at 9 sharp. Most food stall vendors were still setting up.... as was the lady at Vinam.... The Seafood Noodle Soup was ready within 5 minutes..... but even after adding some hot-sauce, my soup was lacking flavour....
