My partner has never had Vietnamese food and I encouraged him to share a Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi (vietnamese baguette) before catching the seabus. He loved it!! We both love cilantro and the flavours just popped! It was perfect to tide us over and not spoil our appetite for dinner. What None of Y doesn't like about Vinam Vietnamese Cuisine:
Being hungry, I walked into Lonsdale Quay Market as soon as the doors opened at 9 sharp. Most food stall vendors were still setting up.... as was the lady at Vinam.... The Seafood Noodle Soup was ready within 5 minutes..... but even after adding some hot-sauce, my soup was lacking flavour.... Too bad, because I really like Vinam's menu selection and prices.....
