We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here with friends. Every course was delicious and the wines suggested were an added delight. Highly recommended without any hesitation!

This is not your usual suburban dinner. You can get a Chicago meal in the burbs but have the benefit of interactive owner with an intimate vibe. Thanks for a great anniversary dinner.

House406 was the place to be tonight! Upon walking into the chic resturunt, you're eye is quickly drawn to the stunning leather tufted bar, outfitted with fantastic bar tenders! Each food course got better and better. Everything from the delicious sauce on top of the beef short ribs to the smashing presentation and taste of the chicken. Best dish worth mentioning was the chocoalte sorie with crunchy chocalate pieces and toasted marshmellows. I am looking forward to planning my next trip back!

After all, it did to check this place. Food was amazing. The atmosphere was great. This place is different from your typical restaurant on the north bank. Many great options for seafood and meat lovers. Peanut butter chocolate lava cake and strawberry Rhabarb cake was incredible. Also we were with our 20-month and she wasn't on her best behavior. The owner Jennifer came and hung on our table and made our daughter feel at home Bella. She had animal slide shows going and occupied Bella while we enjoyed our meal. She also knows many great places to eat in the city that she suggested to our relatives to visit from the city. If you weren't in this hidden gem, look at it!

We eat here at least once a month. There is always something new and really good to try. I never had a court I don't love. The service is good. The wine list is thoughtful and corresponds to the food. You also have an excellent Scotch and Bourbon list. A real jewel on the north coast.
