The chicken at El Pollo loco is charbroiled and delicious I was very impressed with the taste and the quality of the food.I am greatly pleased with the salsa bar with a different degree of hotness for the salsa. What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
I paid extra for a double pollen bowl just to get the same amount from chicken as regular pollen bowl. The pollen bowl used to have 2 pots and now they put 1 bowl of chicken and whole bunch of corn. Rice and beans. It's a complete demolition. Almost $9 for that... it's not worth it. Pollo Loco generally loses its touch. The chicken isn't that great anymore. Will not return to PL for a very long time. View all feedback.
