Recently, I have become disappointed at the standard of a lot of the NT tea rooms. The one at Cragside was very poor, most the staff were very young and obviously inexperienced. This reflected in the quality of the drinks and I heard several people complaining amongst themselves. Also, the prices have gone up considerably, I know food products have gone up considerably.
