What bryanedwin likes about Manor House Inn:
It took two feet and two hands to open my car door in the car park of this windswept Northumberland road house. But once inside all was an oasis of welcoming calm. Good beer, decent food and cheery staff. Definitely worth a stop if you're on the way to the Derwent Reservoir or simply exploring the old Roman A68. View all feedback.
What rwlid doesn't like about Manor House Inn:
Probably the worst fish and chips I have ever had. It was hard to find any fish under the mass of batter and when I did it was tasteless. My mushy peas were a cold congealed lump, which if I had thrown them at the wall would have stuck and have still been there today. Service was erratic and lacking. Avoid. View all feedback.
