What Susanna Dzejachok doesn't like about Toast 'n Jams:
Don't come here alone unless you want to sit at the counter. First I had to ask to get seated. Even though the restaurant was 85% empty, they had to ask permission to give me noncounter seating. Waitress seemed disappointed I didn't order the $2.79 coffee right away. I left without getting food but the menu seemed fun. Loved the decor. Our brunch was a wonderful experience! Meal came out hot and delicious. Homemade jam was a real treat, just like Mom's recipe : Staff was working hard and still smiling quite a bit. The waiting area/coffee bar was a great idea.
Quaint little restaurant, loved the unique decorations and lighting.
We had not been for years, since the new location. Wow. It is bigger, better, yet still the great food and service. Delish!
