As a liflelong Norwalk resident, I have been going to Mr. Frosty 's for 20+ years. Post-Covid prices have surged to riduculous levels; similar to other restaurants in the area. Mr. Frosty 's has recently decided to do that thing where they jack-up the prices while simultaneously decreasing the portion size.
