what a great meal! it started with a delicious amuse beech, then we had the aubergine and ricotta starter. then followed the gnocchi and the ink paste, and we finished dessert with the mandel cream. every dish was really tasteful and very well prepared. we have our reservation on the basis of some of the other reviews that said that eating was inspiring, I am so glad that we did not! Very uninspiring experience. There are many other restaurants in Noto that I think would be more representative of the local cuisine. The plus is that it is located near 7 Rooms Villadorata and seems to be one of two restaurants generally recommended by their staff. View all feedback.
