Good hotel well situated at walking distance from city center and railroad station. Staff competent, good english. Good underground garage. Go to Marriott if possible. The only thing four stars about this place is some decor on the first floor and that’s it. The service is terrible, staff often hang up on guests and the wait times for their restaurant are an hour plus. Room service is adequate at best, and I must say their bruschetta is an insult and a blaspheme to all of Italy. I would rate the hotel 3 stars but certainly not 4. The cleaning staff are v...
