Was very happy went there today around 9:30 AM and got the caramel ribbon crunch which is always made wrong and the girl there made it perfectly. I actually had to inspect the cup several times because I was just so in shock that it was actually made properly with a proper mix of Carmel, nuts, whip cream, and coffee and the food was cooked perfectly . Whoever was taking the drive thru orders at 253 pm today 22Nov2023 was rude, un professional and nasty. My cup had chocolate all over it , I order a strawberry refresher. When I brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes. I also was left waiting for abt 5 mins and there weren’t any cars in front of me. It was a white woman with brown hair and something that looked hand written on her apron. View all feedback.
