Beef cheeks, pork belly and a shiraz in front of a fire on a cold day. Walked in, seated served by pleasant staff. Asked if we needed salt and pepper and good we didn't agree as chef had done his job in the kitchen. Had desserts - nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The wine, however, was superb.
