Vegan power! I like simple things in life and in a restaurant. they had three for a beginner, pornstars and dessert to choose and from them was always a vegan option. that is the equality of food, and that treats their customers the same, and yes, all that came from us and went, was as if I visited a friend or visit her parents. warm, smiling and kind of super easy. and eating was delicious and looked great. additional points for the waiter who went and the kitchen asked how the reduction was made and explained it to us.

I appreciate the zero waste sustainable concept and the use of recycled materials was unique. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, the overall experience was a bit disappointing and I had hoped to love this place. Perhaps I will reconsider when the menu is updated.

This restaurant is truly exceptional and worth setting aside time for. The food is sustainably sourced (nolla means zero) and allows diners to enjoy unique dishes like sourdough ravioli. The restaurant is also connected to a brewery, so I highly recommend choosing the tasting menu with beverage pairing. I had a black currant sour beer that perfectly complemented my sashimi dish. The staff was friendly and added to our lively conversation for a memorable dining experience. Overall, a well-rounded gastronomic experience.

I had an amazing night at Nolla! The staff was outstanding, the prices were fair, the menu was great, and the wine selection was fantastic! Natural and biodynamic wine lovers will definitely enjoy their time here.
