We didn't get a chance to dine at Casa Oaxaca (centro area) but we did have the pleasure of dining twice at the cafe (reforma area) brunch & dinner & both times were fabulous! The dining area is inside a courtyard, lovely place for brunch/lunch ... may be a little dark for dinner for some ... price is reasonable if compared with US standards .. average $200-$250 pesos for dinner ...$100-200 for brunch. This is a lovely restaurant in Reforma with a great atmosphere and good food. But as a friend posted earlier, we have had problems getting an accurate bill. If you choose to go, be sure to double check what you are being charged. I am...submitting a letter to the owner directly and in Spanish in hopes he reads it.
