A perfect hotel in the upper Goms for guests looking for peace and quiet. Marc and Tobias are warm-hearted and professional hosts who personally take care of the guests' well-being. We had a junior suite with a large balcony in the main building facing the Rhone and felt very comfortable there, furnishings, bed, even a light room scent, everything was right. Terrible business practices. The owner has changed our reservation without our knowledge or confirmation after we asked if they could have a room in the main building. Then she demanded that we pay more than twice the initial rate. Terrible trouble. View all feedback.

"Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Austria. There was a group of 7 of us. We all enjoyed the hotel, evening meal, breakfast and the drinks. The staff were all really helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. If we are travelling this way again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!"
