What User likes about Ocean Pines Golf Country Club:
Very nice RT Jones course with his usual design attributes: smallish greens, no man made mounding, lots of dog legs where bunkers, trees and water force you to play a shot the hole requires. There are few very memorable holes, but not a weak hole among them. Greens rolled well if I little on the slow side; traps have good sand; fairways give you a good lie almost every time. What Ken Aston doesn't like about Ocean Pines Golf Country Club:
Tee time at 330p. Rude Starter...no water to be found anywhere on a 93 degree day. Finished the front 9 and went to the club house to ask for water or something to drink. Attendant said its closed, nothing available, but here are 2 Gatorade. When I tried to pay, he said register is closed and can't take payment. So he just gave me the 2 Gatorade for nothing. On a stay and play. Many bunkers which isn?t bad, but the green were horrible. Staff very helpful and professional. Would play again with improver greens.
