What JonK likes about Picasso on Paseo:

Picasso is a long-time favorite of mine. However, last Sunday the server was very short with me and my date and was rushing us to tab out and leave only moments after we got our entrees. Picasso was outstanding. The salmon and risotto were top-notch.
