What Garrett Fehr doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I have gotten a tea for work for most days over the last year and had to stop because of the inconsistent quality. I went a picked up a tea today, nothing fancy just earl grey with 1 milk and 1 sugar, and l find the quality hasn't changed. It tastes horrendous, like it was made with old coffee pot water and it drowns out any other flavor to the point of it being undrinkable. View all feedback.

First time ordering steep tea at this location and it would definitely be my last. Horrible taste.
Went there not long and order 1L peppermint tea and a medium moca ice cap and 2 chocolate dipped doununts ....as I paid $8.50 for my order at the window come to find they only gave us 1 chocolate dipped doununt when we asked for two......but other than that all I gotta say is do better and pay more attention to what costumers are ordering.....won't have these issues.....

Was at 200 southridge drive okotoks location on Nov 15 around 3:30. Service was terrible, young lady working till had zero customer service skills. The bathroom we’re discussing. Won’t likely come to this location again.
