To be honest, I don't know how to respond to this FF place. Sometimes, they are on the ball, and the food is ready almost immediately. Other times when you think that they should be fast, you have a five to ten minute wait. I get it's busy, but it was a solid 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed something, and multiple people have seen me by this point. I just wanted to order, and when I did, they were so insistent on getting my name, they never put in my whole order properly, I just wanted an extra patty on the burger I ordered.
