Sonic Drive-in - Feedback

What Khalight Kallow doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I get it's busy, but it was a solid 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed something, and multiple people have seen me by this point. I just wanted to order, and when I did, they were so insistent on getting my name, they never put in my whole order properly, I just wanted an extra patty on the burger I ordered. To be honest, I don't know how to respond to this FF place. Sometimes, they are on the ball, and the food is ready almost immediately. Other times when you think that they should be fast, you have a five to ten minute wait. Foods ok, Like all fast food places, it fills a spot for a little whil, however when items get to over $10 I would rather go to all you can eat Golden Corral and for $10 $15 a head you can literal...
