I recently went to Westwood East for their £11.95 5-course meal deal, and I was disappointed with my experience. The popadoms were stale and had to be sent back, leading me to believe they were leftovers from the night before. The mixed stir fry starter was decent, but the chicken chili dish was overly salty. Me and my family visited here tonight for my dad’s 50th birthday. The food was absolutely amazing, there was 15 of us and not one of us had a single complaint. They are very accommodating and brought chicken nuggets and chips for our little ones. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back for our next family celebrations. Thank you for a great night and for taking a really lovely family pic for us.
Do NOT go here. The owners are fraudsters misleading the general public with false offers. Customer service is non existence. AVOID!!
I’ve been coming to this place since it opened (20+ years ago when I was a kid! so I do have a perhaps a slight bias. However, the curries we had this week were up there with the best ones I’ve ever had. We had the chicken tikka chili masala (highly highly recommend! , garlic chili fish, lamb jalfrezi, Westwood East Special, and another which I forget, and each one was simply fantastic. Perfect sauce/gravy consistencies, super tender lamb, chicken/fish were also great. My only regret is that we couldn’t finish it all! Service was great as always, cheers guys! Will be back on my next visit from Berlin for sure!
Good food friendly staff only gripe would be the price is shooting up but that's in line with everything else these days I suppose
