Wandering along the main street of Olhão we had planned to visit O Galo, where we have eaten supper, but it wasn't open. So I selected Floripes at random and what a great choice it was! We enjoyed 3 delicious dishes: my mother enjoyed chicken and shrimp, I had the Picanha (beef with black beans and rice) and my wife had sea food with rice – normally only for 2 minimum. After reading the other reviews I had to look carefully to be sure we were at the same place. Firstly, the rows of outside tables each contain just one table too many for comfort. Whilst the manager (or owner) is full of 'hail fellow, well met ' bonhomie, I 'd suggest a bit more participation in the actual serving of customers would be welcome!
