Nice winery restaurant with gorgeous view of the lake. Family friendly and decent sized portions. We had the lamb shank which was super tender, Arctic char, halibut, calamari and meat balls. They even had a kids menu that was very reasonable and generous portions. Everything...More View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Miradoro Restaurant:
Nice location but the pizza we ordered was a nine inch tortilla with nothing on it. Tasted terrible and we had to work hard to cut it with a knife. Both wine and pizza overpriced. Tried Hester Creek later, great food, better prices. View all feedback.
The restaurant has a lovely balcony patio with a stunning view. However, I was not too impressed with the food, especially considering the prices. The clams were a bit fishy and the flank steak dish was underwhelming, with only three small pieces that were tough and chewy. The overall meal did not meet our expectations. On a positive note, the tiramisu was delicious and the service was satisfactory.
Had a nice lunch on their patio. It was during a very hot spell, but their misters were not on as they did not want to bring the smoke down onto the patrons. Had a lovely gazpacho soup and amazing deep fried bambinotas(sp) with drizzled honey and parmesan cheese.
The food, the wine, and the view were all excellent! The menu is creative and intriguing. It is recommended to make a reservation early to secure an outdoor table on a beautiful day, as the service is likely to be faster and more attentive before it gets busy. There is a large grassy area underneath the outdoor deck where families can let their children run around if they get bored, as this is not a typical restaurant catered to kids. We highly recommend this establishment!
A very nice restaurant with good food and drink. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. The view in the outdoor seating area is beautiful, and the misting helped with the extreme +36C heat. We had the pasta dishes, which were very good, and the margaritas as we were on a wine tasting tour and wanted to cleanse our palettes a bit. They were very good but not sure why the rim needed salting if it is good tequila..
Loved stopping here for lunch during our day long winery tour. Great food and the view cannot be described. Go there to experience it!
