"We can here once with a group and a second time by ourselves. The service is very good and consistent. The food on both visits was very good. Meals included the pizza, the chevre chaud salad, the beef tartare and the steak. The desserts are presented in a fun way with very festive accoutrements. The Colonel is a hit."

"Stayed on olmeto for the 3rd time in a week but had not yet tested this small restaurant. this was done with our friends and what a great discovery: everyone had chosen a different dish to taste everything and we have enjoyed it: lamb in the mimi way, zucchini doughnuts, Corsican salad etc. we will return it for sure it already delays our next holidays. the nice staff and the little care and to finish, hospitality corses a shot of limoncello! we returned the next day to buy their homemade olive oil, thank you again for this lovely evening on the terrace."
