What User likes about Santa Maria:
We did not have a reservation and were lucky to get in as the place was very busy. The food is very traditional Corsican 'mare et monti ', with large portions which are very well prepared. Great tasting fish and pork. The service was very confused, I believe this was down to new people on the team. read more.

What User doesn't like about Santa Maria:
We were going to a concert in the church, and had over an hour and half to eat in. Service was exceptionally slow of mediocre food. We would not have had time to eat our dessert, and so complained about this as we were paying. After we had left the restaurant the chef emerged from his kitchen, a large man, and was incredibly insulting to me in particular, as I speak more french than my husband. read more.
