"We frequently go to this place and our favourite order is the Frappe. Last week we had a dreadful experience. The waiter refused to serve us 2 Frappes. He said “they were serving only bottled drinks” without further explanation. But when we were leaving we saw him serving Iced coffee to the table right next to us. We asked him why he was serving to other customers and why he could not make for us a Frappe – which listed in the menu, it is not a special order- and he responded “we decide what to serve and I don’t want to discuss” We understand that serving a Frappe (milkshake) is a more time consuming than serving a bottled drink and maybe with the 4 tables to serve the waiter a bit stressed, but we didn’t find his answer to be appropriate so I politely asked to speak to the manager to raise my concern. The waiter said: “you are not going to speak to the manager, `Fk` off and leave me alone” His response was unacceptable, nevertheless I again very politely asked him “if he found normal to treat customers using these words” . His responded “get the FK out of here, leave, you are disturbing my work” I was speechless, I think this man must have something very wrong in his head. It seems he is one of the managers from the Café, so I was left with no one to address to our complaint We sent an email from their website to describe the incident, but no reply back from them It seems they don’t care about their customers"
