What User likes about Soupa:
a small excerpt (although some have sitting opportunities to sit and enjoy their eating) restaurant with freshly prepared quinoa dishes and sandwiches that focus on local organic ingredients. vegan options include a vegan cherry and sweet potato curry (available via quinoa and salat also), peanut Asian quinoa dish among some others. highly recommended for a hearty eating apres ski. What Cory Douglas doesn't like about Soupa:
Soupa is one of the few restaurants at the Village at Squaw Valley that is actually up and running (most are at the beginning stage of construction, even though they are advertised by the resort as open), however it doesn't open until 12. When check out is at 11 it's very inconvenient. It may have been delicious but I didn't get to find out. View all feedback.
Great quality food, offering vegetarian options with optional protein. Not too heavy, perfect for lunch
Pros: Great quality ingredients with many being organic. They use non GMO oil to sauté the vegetables (olive oil). There are many vegan and gluten free options....
