"It’s hard to rationalize a standard filet mignon dinner costing $80. It was a good steak, but not worth the price. The gluten free accommodations are note worthy. Our server and kitchen staff seemed knowledgeable with gf dining."

"Ordered garlic fries. It cost 6$. I thought I was getting a basket but it was actually the size of a side. The fries were good but would prefer a larger portion. I would've paid more for a basket. 2 stars for portion size compared to what you're paying for. Worth maybe 4 dollars."

"I feel lucky to have found Graham's online as I was making my way into Squaw a couple weeks ago, and I was greeted by Graham himself as I walked in. He made sure I was taken care of for my entire dinner, including keeping me company at the bar throughout my meal, regaling me with some fantastic stories, and introducing me to some other patrons. Through Graham I was able to meet a few of the other team members as well, and they were also very welcoming. Thanks Graham and team!"

"Long wait at 12:46 pm on Dec 26th. When we got to the front we found out that they were out of greens for the quinoa dishes and sandwiches. The Thai peanut quinoa bowl was good, and would have been better with the greens. The butternut squash curry soup was very good. I should have ordered a piece of bread to dip in it."

"I went in with very low expectations (what can you expect from a tourist trap village and came out a fan! We ordered the pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad, Greek salad, gouda mac and cheese, and Bolognese pasta. We also got the Parmesan fries as appetizer. All were superb!! Our kids (aged 5-13 loved everything as well! Service was great. It was very relaxed. True comfort food and worth every penny."

"Great spot to grab early dinner, even with my dog! She enjoyed the open patio as we watched the finish for the ultra running race that was going on. Worried at first about the wait, but were quickly seated and served. the menu has a wide variety, Highly recommend the salad! Good enough portion to share, the crab cakes weren't a huge hit for me, but my dog loved them: definitely will be back sometime again this summer!"

"This is a review for the bar space. The food can be good. And it was ok the night I was was there with 2 others. But they have been simplifying so much that they have lost some charm. They used to have a separate bar menu. No more. They used to have a really good burger. Again no more. They used to be open every night. Nope again. The hotel is planning to be torn down and I think everything is on a holding pattern. That all said, this may be the last independent restaurant in Squaw valley...and that is worth something. Is it the best place in Squaw valley? It probably is."
