The advertisement is misleading; the location is closed, and the sign indicating that it would be open until 11 PM is inaccurate. There’s no one here to open it until at least 5 PM. My partner works night shifts and finds it closed every night, so the operating hours should definitely be updated. View all feedback.
Absolutely discrace way understaffed no one to serve at counter ordering machines missing paper for order no. Print out!. All tables messy. Staff were rude because they were run off their feet.

Ordered a cheese burger happy meal for my daughter. Got all the way home and thought my daughters burger looked a little flat while she was eating it. Turns out they didn't put the meat patty in it! My daughter ate it anyway because I wasn't going to drive from Sarina back to Mackay to get it replaced. Can't understand how they miss one of the few ingredients in a cheese burger not to mention the most expensive part.

It is mcdonald’s, service at this particular place is not present when they go in, all made by computer, and when you cross, they need to mark a coworker when they all ride around, no one is actually working on register. service: price per person: $1–20 eat: 3 service: 1 atmosphere: 2 recommended dishes: chips
