I'm not one to leave poor reviews but Holy cow! We have eaten here many times and never been like this. People are waiting well over 15 minutes just to pay after placing order. My online order is 20 minutes past due and counting with others ahead of me. The worst part is that there is no sense of urgency by the person who seems to be in charge.
