"Ordered a selection of nigiri, sashimi, and some basic rolls really wanted to love it because the price is great and Im always looking for new sushi spots, but the fish unfortunately was just not great. Chewy texture, and that telltale fishy taste that you get when the fish is subpar. Did love that they provided ample amounts of wasabi as some places skimp on that. Hopefully it was just an off night!"

"OMG this place is awesome, great Pho. We visit many local places across the country and I would definitely put this place in our top 20 if taste. Our favorite place is in Indianapolis, then las Vegas, but this Cafe Trang Bristo is definitely in our top 20 to eat Pho.
