What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
More foam than coffee in extra large size cups, orders wrong even after repeating it 3 times face to face with server. Perhaps it’s because training isn’t finished yet. Staff should be trained to LISTEN carefully and not be overwhelmed when there are more than 3 orders. View all feedback.
