directly from the driveway, the employees were super nice and accommodating, so we had everything we needed, they all really made us welcome. the room exceeded our expectations was excellent. would recommend anyone looking for a charming relaxing place to stay or a meal. the Melsetter suite was fab! not the best place where I stayed, the personal is always right and the customer is wrong, never experienced that until I stayed here. the rooms are beautiful and good selection of whisky, eating is not so good, small portions and bland food, to say I had most of the menu when it is. the personal is not polite, good, they are in your face, but when they think you have gone, they talk about you and not nice wise.
